Dr. John Bulovas has more than 25 years of veterinary experience, has lived in The Woodlands for more than 20 years and is a respected member and mentor in the veterinarian community.
Dr. Bulovas is TPLO certified and has performed hundreds of these surgeries since 2002, and he has additional training in advanced internal medicine and orthopedic surgery.
Dr. Bulovas is a member of a select group of canine and feline specialty practitioners. He received two undergraduate degrees and a doctoral degree from Texas A&M University. He played football as part of the 12th Man Kickoff Team in 1989 and is an active member of the A&M Letterman Association. He is a member of the 12thMKOT foundation which gives scholarships to students attending Texas A&M University. Many of the funds are from donations and sales of No Experience Required, a book written by Jackie Sherrill, the former football coach and athletic director of Texas A&M.
Dr. Bulovas is the last of eight children and is a native Texan. He and his family have lived in The Woodlands for more than 20 years. He and his wife Jennifer have 3 children, plus two dogs Tinkerbell and Boa, which they rescued.
